DELIVERY METHODS:

Curbside Pick-Up
We love to see our local friends in the shop but we know there are times when ordering online is more convenient. When you order through our website or Facebook shop, we will package your items and have them ready for pick-up during regular business hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, typically the same or next day. There is no charge for this service.

Local Delivery
We are excited to offer delivery service during regular business hours to the following counties:
Marshall: Tues, Thurs
McCracken: Tues
Calloway: Thurs
The minimum order before tax is $24.99 and the delivery fee is $10.00. Orders of $60.00+ before tax will enjoy FREE delivery. You will be contacted to arrange delivery and a signature will be required. We will deliver to your home or office.

Standard Shipping
Most of our products are available to ship unless otherwise specified in the product description. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or outside of the United States.

Orders are shipped UPS Ground and we are pleased to offer flat rate shipping of $11.99. Orders of $80.00+ before tax will enjoy FREE shipping.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at 270-703-5155 or countryroadshomegoods@gmail.com to report damage. If the outside package is damaged, please do not discard as we will need this to file a carrier claim.

PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. You may pay by cash or check for Curbside Pick-Up. Please note that we cannot hold unpaid orders longer than two business days.

RETURN POLICY:
We make every effort to accurately describe the color and size of our products. Please remember that colors can appear differently on devices and a ruler or tape measure can help you get a good visual of the actual size. Feel free to contact us with any questions prior to ordering.

Local returns will be honored with store credit within 14 days of purchase. Original receipt is required.

For return authorization of shipped orders, please contact us at 270-703-5155 or countryroadshomegoods@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. A store credit or refund to the original payment method will be honored. Items must be undamaged, original condition. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be packaged properly to avoid damage.
