The Loveless Cafe's Sorghum was even featured on the "Love for the Loveless" episode of Trisha's Southern Kitchen, where Trisha Yearwood visits the Cafe and takes home the Old-Fashioned Sorghum to use in her Buttermilk Chess Pie recipe!
What is Sorghum? - This molasses is made from a plant called sorghum grass. It has a very unique flavor is is not as sweet as honey but sweeter than regular molasses. It contains a lot of nutrients and is high in iron.
